Adam Zamost understands that every case, no matter how large or small, is important to the parties involved. He strives to make even the most complex cases manageable for his clients before, during, and
after litigation.
His specialties include business litigation, lemon law, product liability, construction law, education law, and personal injury. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including the initial filing, written discovery, depositions, drafting of dispositive motions, and alternative dispute resolution, and
represents plaintiffs and defendants.
Adam dedicates himself to being kind, calm, and attentive to his clients’ needs to ease the litigation process. While he will fiercely defend his clients’ rights, he does not believe the “adversarial system” of litigation needs to be unfriendly. To him, working well with clients, opposing counsel, the Court, and third parties logically leads to a more positive outcome.
Adam graduated from Loyola Law School. He is admitted to practice in California State, and in the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
When he’s not working, Adam spends time with his wife and children.
