Kim Tabin Mann

Kim “Tabin” Mann’s ability to reach favorable outcomes for her clients — without ever going to trial — is one of the many reasons she quickly rose from law clerk to senior associate at our firm. Instead of shying away from difficult cases, she leans in. She’s great at combing through reams of information and finding the little details that often swing cases in our client’s favor.

Her areas of specialty include business litigation, lemon law defense, product liability, habitability, HOA law and personal injury. She’s experienced at handling all phases of litigation, including the initial filing, written discovery, depositions, drafting of dispositive motions, and alternative dispute resolution. She focuses on representing defendants.

Tabin’s clients would describe her as principled, responsible, quick on her feet and a delight to work with.

Born into a military family, Tabin has lived in cities all over the world. Her immersion into a diversity of cultures gives her a unique perspective: she can better understand and communicate with clients from all walks of life.

Tabin graduated from Loyola Law School in 2010 and was admitted into the State Bar that year — and later the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern Southern Districts of California and Washington State.

For eight years, Tabin served on the Board of Directors of California Browncoats, Inc., a nonprofit organization that has raised nearly $250,000 for various charities.
